Beautiful property. Immaculate facilities. The lobby shines with bright, inviting decor. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Central location to shops and restaurants was convenient. Makayla was exceptional at the front desk-friendly, attentive, three steps ahead. check-in was a breeze with Ms. Ty; her pleasant demeanor made a difference. there were misses. Delayed room readiness resulted in an hour-long wait, overlooked by staff too engrossed in conversation. Plus, a stained couch and missed housekeeping requests detracted from the overall experience. Improvements are needed, but the foundation here is solid.

the heating seemed a bit inconsistent, and we found ourselves adjusting the thermostat frequently. The room came equipped with a flat-screen TV which was a nice touch, but the carpeted floors seemed a bit worn and could have used a deep clean. One thing we really appreciated was the free toiletries provided in the bathroom. The shampoo and conditioner were of good quality and made our stay more convenient. The housekeeping staff did a decent job overall, although there were a few areas that seemed overlooked, like the hair in the sink and the not-so-clean bathroom upon arrival. We were disappointed by the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, especially since the lobby coffee was not always fresh and hot. It would have been nice to have a more reliable supply of hot beverages available. the noise isolation in the hotel was poor, with sounds from other guests easily heard through the walls and floors. the garden furniture outside was a nice spot to relax, although the pet and smoke odors in the hallway leading to our room were quite off-putting. It was good that the staff tried to address the issue by offering a different room, but the overall cleanliness of the property could use some improvement. our experience at La Quinta had its ups and downs.
